    Crafting bespoke touring itineraries is an art, and it may take a week or longer to perfect the exact holiday you desire. I recommend submitting your request early to allow ample time for this detailed process. Further information on our planning process here
  • Why is my payment method important?
    Your payment method plays a crucial role in selecting suppliers, especially concerning American Express. Please specify your payment method on the request form, along with your budget, which is essential information for me.
  • Do you offer travel insurance, and is it necessary?
    I can help you secure travel insurance if required, for most of our suppliers travel insurance is mandatory. Having travel insurance is always strongly advised to safeguard against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage
  • What happens if my travel plans are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances?
    In case of disruptions, contact myself Travel Smarter with Sally immediately. I will liaise with suppliers and assist in rebooking or making necessary arrangements, minimising stress on your end.

    I will provide you with contact information before your departure. Additionally, I will supply you with the information for the local partners used for your trip, ensuring there's support in your destination's time zone.
