My retreats are designed exclusively for women who love travel, fitness, and wellbeing. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, you’re welcome to join us. All fitness levels are catered for, and every activity is optional, it’s your retreat, your way.
Not at all! The retreats are tailored to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. You can participate in as many or as few activities as you like, me and our expert instructors will guide you through everything at your own pace.
Your retreat includes:
• Accommodation at a luxurious European hotel (TBC)
• Daily fitness classes (yoga, strength training, relaxation, etc.)
• Delicious, healthy meals
• Guided hikes and outdoor activities
• Access to a health spa
• Opportunities to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women
Please note that flights and travel insurance are not included. I am happy to arrange this for you, just let me know.
The retreats will be held in beautiful locations across Europe. The exact location and hotel will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
Absolutely! Many of my guests come solo and my retreats are designed to foster a sense of community. You’ll quickly feel at home and make new friends in a supportive and welcoming environment.
A typical day might include:
• A morning yoga, breathing workshop or a resistance training class
• A healthy, delicious breakfast
• Free time to relax, explore, or enjoy the spa
• An optional hike or outdoor activity
• Evening relaxation or mindfulness sessions
All activities are optional, so you can customise your day to suit your mood.
You’ll need comfortable workout gear, sensible walking shoes, swimwear for the spa, and casual clothing for downtime. A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the retreat date.
If you have an injury or medical condition, please let me know during the booking process. Our instructors can modify activities to suit your needs, but I recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking. Your safety and wellbeing is my top priority.
Life is all about balance! If you’d like to enjoy a few alcoholic beverages during your stay, that’s perfectly fine. All I ask is that you are respectful of other guests and considerate of your actions. You may also decide to use this opportunity to detox and flush out toxins, it’s entirely up to you. This is your retreat, and you can make it what you want it to be.
Smoking is tolerated, but I kindly ask that you respect other guests by smoking only in designated areas and being mindful of those around you.

Yes! While there’s a full schedule of activities, there’s plenty of free time to relax, explore the local area, or enjoy the spa. This retreat is all about balance.
