Ladies-Only Fitness & Wellbeing Retreat
– Kos, Greece (11th - 15th Sept 2025)
Day 1

From 14:00 – Arrivals & Check-in
Welcome to your luxury retreat in Kos! From 2 PM onwards, you’ll arrive at your beautiful private villa, where you’ll settle into your own spacious room. Each villa features a private pool and a Tesla car for your use throughout your stay.

Take your time to explore the villa, unpack, and soak up the peaceful surroundings. We are just a one-minute walk to a private beach, perfect for an early dip or a quiet moment to yourself.
17:00 – Welcome Drinks & Retreat Introduction
Join the group for a refreshing welcome drink as we officially start the retreat. This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow guests, go over the itinerary, and set your intentions for the next few days.
18:00 – Optional Beach Walk & Light Mobility Session
Ease into the retreat with a gentle beach walk followed by a light mobility session to help shake off any travel stiffness.
19:00 – Group Dinner
Enjoy a delicious, healthy à la carte dinner at our onsite, family-run Greek restaurant. Indulge in fresh, locally sourced ingredients while soaking in the relaxed evening atmosphere.

Day 2
08:00 – 09.00 – Strength Training Session
Your first strength session of the retreat, led by me! Expect a fun, empowering, and energising full-body workout tailored to all fitness levels.
09.30 – Nourishing Breakfast
Start the day with a healthy breakfast at the restaurant, featuring fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, eggs, whole grains, and other energising options.
10:30 – 14:00 – Free Time
Take advantage of this time to explore or relax:
Drive the Tesla to discover local sights
Ride an electric bike for a scenic coastal route
Relax by the pool or on the private beach
14:00 – 16:00 – Lunch & Leisure
Lunch is at your own pace—whether that’s a beachside taverna, fresh snacks in your villa, or a smoothie from a local café.
17:00 – 18:00 – Restorative Yoga Session
Unwind with a deeply relaxing yoga session, focusing on breathwork, gentle stretching, and mindfulness.
19:00 – Dinner Under the Stars
Gather at the restaurant for another healthy, nourishing dinner, featuring fresh seafood, vibrant salads, and Greek specialties.
Day 3
7am – 7.30am
Breakfast will be delivered to your Villa ready to fuel up ready for your mornings hike!
08:00 Guided morning hike
We will be collected from the Villa and will set off early for a scenic guided hike with a local expert. Expect stunning coastal views, hidden trails and fresh morning air as we explore the natural beauty of Kos
12:00 – 14:00 – Lunch & Leisure
A relaxed midday break for lunch, giving you flexibility to choose where and when you eat.
This is your time to enjoy the retreat however you like:

Take an e-bike ride along the coast

Use your Tesla to visit a nearby village

Enjoy a self-care moment (journaling, sunbathing, reading)
14:00 – Optional Local Wine Tasting experience
Just a short distance from your Villa, you’ll find a charming local winery, where you can enjoy an authentic Greek Wine tasting experience. With no need to book in advance, you’re free to sample a selection of locally produced wines (extra cost).
19:00 – Group Dinner & Social Time
Tonight’s dinner is a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate the progress you’ve made so far. Enjoy another delicious meal as we share stories from the day.
Day 4
08:00 – 09:00 – Early morning strength session
Ladies who lift! Your second strength session of the retreat, led by me! Expect a fun, empowering, and energising full-body workout tailored to all fitness levels.
9.30am Breakfast
Another fresh and healthy breakfast to start the day right.
10:00 – 14:00 – Free Time
Your morning is open to do whatever feels best for you:
Enjoy the beach and soak up the sun
Practice meditation or journaling
Take one last e-bike adventure
Drive to a local village for sightseeing
14:00 – 16:00 – Lunch & Leisure
Take your pick of local lunch options, whether that’s fresh Greek mezze, a simple beachside meal, or something light in your villa.
16:30 – 17:30 – Restorative Yoga Session #2
A soothing, deeply relaxing session to close out the retreat. We’ll focus on slow, grounding movements and deep breathing, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
19:30 – Final Group Dinner & Sunset Reflections
For our final dinner, we’ll gather one last time to share experiences, reflect on the journey, and celebrate a weekend of strength, wellbeing, and connection.
Day 5
07:30 – Optional Beach Walk & Stretch
For early risers, a peaceful beach walk and light stretch to start the day.
08:30 – Breakfast
One last delicious breakfast together before we say our goodbyes.
10:00 – Check-out & Farewells
It’s time to depart feeling stronger, refreshed, and re-energised. Whether you continue your travels or head home, you’ll take your incredible memories, new friendships, and a deep sense of wellbeing home.
